Who we are
SPORTPLAY LABS LLC is a company registered in Florida, United States, at 3111 E 8th St, Panama City, FL 32401, United States. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Write to info@sportplay-labs.com with any privacy question.
What this website collects
This website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no advertising and no analytics scripts. Nothing you do here is tracked across sites, and no third party receives your data because you visited a page.
Our web server keeps a standard access log for each request. It records:
- your IP address;
- the date and time of the request and the page you requested;
- the referring page and your browser user agent string.
We use these logs to keep the site available and to investigate abuse and attacks. Logs rotate automatically and are deleted after 30 days. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Email you send us
When you write to one of our addresses we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Support correspondence is kept for up to three years so that we can follow up on a recurring problem; you can ask us to delete it sooner.
Who else sees this data
Our website and mail run on servers we operate at hosting providers who act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not transfer it to anyone else unless the law requires it or you ask us to.
Our servers are located in data centres in the Russian Federation. If you write to us or visit this site from another country, your data is transferred there. We rely on standard contractual protections with our providers and keep the data we hold to what is listed above.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing, to request a copy of your data in a portable format, or to complain to your data protection authority. We answer these requests within 30 days and we do not charge for them.
Send requests to support@sportplay-labs.com. We may ask you to confirm the request from the address it concerns, so that we do not disclose data to the wrong person.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our servers and mailboxes is limited to the people who need it, and protected by individual accounts and multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the data we collect deliberately small so that there is little to lose.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we update the date above. Material changes will be described on this page rather than applied quietly.
