Delete your account and data

Follow these steps to delete your account and the data attached to it.

  1. Email support@sportplay-labs.com from the address your account is registered to, and tell us the name on the account.
  2. We confirm the request with you.
  3. We delete your account and the data attached to it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile
  • Your team memberships
  • Your messages
  • Your statistics

What may remain

  • Copies kept in backups, until those backups age out and are overwritten
  • Data we are required by law to keep

If the account belongs to a child

If the account belongs to a child, a parent or guardian must make the request.
